Return Policies and Procedure

All Products have a 30 Day return period.
All unopened items have a 20% restocking fee.
Opened or used items may be subject to 30% restocking fee and may not be returnable 
if not in new condition

Items that have been Written on, Cut Open or in a non resaleable condition 
may not be returnable.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Large quantity (5 or more) orders may be subject to restocking fee regardless of condition.
We must be notified within 3 days of missing items.
All returns must accompany a RMA number.

All cables have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
Electronic items will have a specified warranty period.

We are not responsible for any damgae to your equipment, premise or well being for any 
misuse of our cables or products for which they were designed to be used.

We are not responsilbe if any of our cables do not meet specific building codes in your area.
Please check the building codes in your area before ordering cables.

Billing Inquiries:
All billing inquiries must be within 30 Days of Purchase.
Original order number will be needed. 
You will find this number on your order confirmation email when the order was placed.
