Example System 1: An Intelix AVO-V2A2-WP-F wallplate balun and an Intelix AVO-V2A2-F rack-mountable balun connect a DVD player to a remote plasma and an audio receiver. Audio and video from the DVD player is balanced by the source balun, transmitted over the Cat 5 cabling, and then unbalanced by the receive balun. The audio from the DVD player is sent to the audio receiver and the video is sent to the plasma.
